		<description>There are many reasons why a website is not being updated in regular basis. One could be the site is already dead, and no one ever cares. And like what you said, they could be a problem in communicating with the webmaster, but if that website really gives lot of leads, then I&#039;m sure updates would be in regular basis. :D</description>

		<description>I can forgive something like a recent event still being up but your address is pretty important.  A personal lesson learned is to also change your address with Google Maps, some people will not even go to your website to find the address.  It is really easy but takes a couple weeks because they have to send a postcard to your new address to verify.

And like Mark said Google loves fresh content.</description>
