Here is a funny little viral video with “demonstrations” of marketing terms: direct marketing, public relations, advertising, product sampling and customer relationship management. Light hearted, silly, but entertaining. “Phenomenon” is the word… The last voice cracks me up… what’s the opposite of falsetto? Ha ha.
